We take your privacy and data protection seriously and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly, securely, and transparently. MeTruely process all User’s data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the Data Protection, Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendments etc) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (known as UK GDPR) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Additionally, we do not collect or process sensitive data. (Health related data).

By clicking I agree, or booking an appointment with us, you confirm to give your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a). You hereby give your informed consent to the processing of any personal data submitted through the Website. This consent is given voluntarily and can be withdrawn at any time by emailing selen@metruely.com. As a User of the Website, you accept the conditions and consent to the processing of your submitted data for the sole purpose of providing the service.

MeTruely collects limited personal data, strictly necessary for the operation of the website and delivery of educational and mentoring programmes. The types of personal data collected may include;

b. Payment data: invoicing information (we do not store full card numbers; payments processed by third-party processors).

c. Program Participation Data. Through our course and community platforms (e.g., Skool), we may collect: Course progress, Video completion (including for Strong Woman Detox 5-day access), Community posts and comments, Interaction data within the program.

d. To Ensure Data Security and Fraud Prevention: we monitor log analysis to detect

suspicious behaviour.

All third parties that receive User submitted data act as independent data controllers under the GDPR.

A current list of our sub processors is available when you send us a message. We will provide advance notice of any new sub processors via email or account notification, as required under our DPA, before any change becomes effective. You agree to give your Consent for the use and Sharing of your data, notwithstanding you reserve the right to revoke your consent by sending us an email.

10. International Transfers

Some of our processors are located, or may store data, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, MeTruely ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers, including one or more of the following:

a. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or

the United Kingdom Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO);

b. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) participation, where applicable;

c. Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) for intra-group transfers; or

d. Other mechanisms recognized under Articles 45–49 GDPR.

For further details on our transfer mechanisms, MeTruely remains the Data Controller for personal data processed on its behalf and retains overall responsibility for ensuring that its sub processors comply with applicable data protection standards. We conduct periodic reviews and audits with our third-parties vendors to verify compliance with our security and privacy requirements.

11. No Sensitive Data Collection

MeTruely does not intentionally collect or process sensitive or special category personal data. In particular, we do not request or require the collection of:

  • health or medical information;

  • mental health history, diagnoses, or clinical records;

  • therapeutic or psychiatric information;

  • financial account numbers (payment details are processed by Stripe (third-party

  • payment provider));

Participants are requested not to share sensitive personal information within program communities, group discussions, or communications. Where any such information is voluntarily disclosed by a user, this is done at the user’s own discretion and is not required for participation in any MeTruely program.

12. Security Measures

MeTruely relies on reputable third-party service providers to support the secure operation of its website, communications, and programme delivery, including:

  • Google Analytics – processes aggregated website usage data within Google’s secured infrastructure.

  • Meta Pixel – operates within Meta’s security environment for advertising performance and conversion tracking.

  • Deadline Funnel – applies access controls and time-based restrictions within its platform.

  • Skool – hosts programme content and community interaction using platform-level security controls.

  • ConvertKit – manages email communications and tracking within its secured systems.

Each provider maintains its own technical and organisational security measures in line with industry standards and applicable data protection requirements. MeTruely does not host or manage its own servers or infrastructure.

13. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, and to protect our legitimate interests.
