1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing The MeTruely Services and Website (“we”, “us”, “our”). We provide educational programmes, mentoring and coaching support, and personal development content, delivered primarily online (the "Services") to Users’ (“Participant” You” Clients”). These Terms and Condition govern access to and use of the services accessible at https://www.MeTruely.com/ Additionally, by booking an appointment with us, enrolling in any program, or participating in any community hosted by MeTruely, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Including without limitation, any modification, that may be published from time to time by MeTruely (collectively, the “Agreement”). You agree that we may automatically modify our Services, and these Terms will apply to any changes or updates. Please read them carefully before using our platform. 3. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern all access to, use of, and participation in our provied educational, coaching, and personal development programmes, services, communities, and digital materials offered by MeTruely, including (without limitation):

a. The Strong Woman Detox

b. The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance (High-Ticket Programme)

c. The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance (DIY Programme)

d. VIP 1:1 Six-Month Container Together with all related content, including videos, PDF materials, guided meditations, audio recordings, trainings, live calls, written materials, and community interactions hosted on Skool or any other digital or online platform used by MeTruely from time to time (collectively, the “Programmes”).

These Terms apply to all current and future programmes, services, and offerings made available by MeTruely, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. By accessing this website, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any MeTruely Programme or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

4. Your Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also govern your use of the MeTruely services, to understand our practices. The MeTruely website will collect your personal information including your name, and contact details. All personal information will be handled, used, maintained, and disclosed by MeTruely in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and data protection laws as well as our Privacy Policy which applies from time to time. By using our Website and The MeTruely Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. You warrant to The MeTruely that you will comply with all privacy laws and data protection laws (including, without limitation, the UK GDPR, & European Union data privacy laws) in relation to the storage, use, and transfer of personal information.

5. Our Website (Services)

This website is operated by MeTruely, a UK-based, self-employed professional based in Oxfordshire, England (the “Practitioner”). MeTruely provides educational programmes, mentoring and coaching support, and personal development content, delivered primarily online (the “Services”). The Services are offered under the Practitioner’s signature educational framework, The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance. Although the Practitioner has professional training and experience in therapy-related fields, the Services provided by MeTruely are not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, clinical care, or medical services. All offerings are strictly educational, mentoring, and personal development in nature. The Services are provided by the Practitioner in a personal capacity as a sole trader. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the Practitioner trading as MeTruely.

6. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

Full details of programme fees, payment methods, access periods, session duration, and any applicable cancellation or rescheduling requirements are set out on the relevant service or programme pages, or otherwise communicated to you at the time of booking or purchase. By completing a booking or purchase form, you agree to these additional specific terms; Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing: a. Currency: we accept GBP and USD (depending on product / checkout page). b. Products and services. All Products and services include digital programs, online courses, and coaching containers. c. High Tickets. We offer High-ticket programs ranging approximately from £2,000–£10,000 depending on the offer. d. e. Payment processing. Payments are processed via Stripe. Payment in Advance. All fees are payable in full in advance of access being granted to any programme, digital content, mentoring session, or service. MeTruely reserves the right to withhold or suspend access until payment has been received in cleared funds. f. Payment. By completing a purchase (payment transaction), you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting MeTruely and providing a reasonable opportunity to investigate and seek to resolve the matter directly. g. Missed Sessions and Late Cancellations. Where a programme includes live sessions or one-to-one mentoring, you are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time. Missed sessions, or cancellations made outside the notice period specified at booking, may be treated as having been delivered and may be charged in full. h. Reschedule. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and prior notice. i. Chargebacks. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without prior engagement, or is found to be unfounded or unauthorised, MeTruely reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the relevant programme or Services with immediate effect. MeTruely further reserves the right to recover any fees, costs, or administrative charges incurred as a result of such chargeback or dispute, to the extent permitted by law. j. No Refunds. Due to the nature of the services provided, including immediate access to digital content, time limited programmes, and the allocation of mentoring capacity, all purchases are final. To the fullest extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted or services have commenced. (See Right of withdrawal section for more information) Nothing in this clause affects any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

7. Programs, Offers and Access

MeTruely currently offers, and intends to continue offering, a range of educational and mentoring programmes delivered under its online framework, “The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance”, together with a free introductory mini course titled “Strong Woman Detox” (together, the “Programmes”). All Programmes are provided subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional programme specific terms notified at the time of enrolment or purchase.

7.1. Free Programme – Strong Woman Detox

Strong Woman Detox is a free, time bound introductory online mini course hosted and delivered via the Skool platform. The programme includes: a. pre-recorded teaching videos; and b. Simple participation requirements, typically in the form of assignments or feedback relating to the course modules. Access to the programme and any associated community is limited in duration and subject to the time limits, participation requirements, and community standards communicated at enrolment. Failure to meet such requirements may result in removal from the programme or community without notice. This programme is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, or clinical care.

7.2. Paid Programmes – The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance

The Self-Paced Online Course (DIY) is a fully self-guided digital programme delivered online. It includes: a. pre-recorded teaching videos; b. guided practices; c. written exercises; and d. Downloadable materials. This programme does not include live sessions, group access, community participation, or personalised feedback. Access is provided on a self-directed basis only, for the access period specified at the time of purchase.

7.3. VIP Group Mentoring Programme

The VIP Group Mentoring Programme is a six (6) month, cohort-based group mentoring programme hosted on Skool. It includes: a. Full access to the pre-recorded course materials; b. Weekly live group mentoring calls delivered via Zoom; and c. Ongoing interaction within a private Skool community, including discussion, questions, and group engagement. This programme is mentoring and educational in nature. It does not constitute psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Continued participation is conditional upon compliance with programme guidelines, behavioural expectations, and community rules. MeTruely reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where continued participation is not appropriate.

7.4. VIP 1:1 Mentoring Programme

The VIP 1:1 Mentoring Programme is a private, high-touch mentoring container. It includes: a. Access to the full course materials; and b. Twelve (12) private one-to-one mentoring sessions, each lasting ninety (90) minutes, delivered online. All 1:1 mentoring sessions must be scheduled and used within six (6) months from the programme start date. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of this period and will not be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged. This programme provides mentoring, coaching support, and educational guidance using the Goddess Path framework. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

7.5. Discounted Access Following Free Programme Completion

Participants who complete the Strong Woman Detox mini course within the defined five (5) day completion period may be offered discounted access to either: a. the Self-Paced Online Course (DIY); or b. The VIP Group Mentoring Programme. Discounted access does not apply to the VIP 1:1 Mentoring Programme. All discounted offers are time-limited and subject to the terms communicated at the time of offer. Once expired, such offers cannot be reinstated or reissued.

8. Program Guidelines

The following programme guidelines apply to all MeTruely offerings unless expressly stated otherwise. These guidelines form part of the Terms and Conditions and are binding upon participation.

Free Programme – Strong Woman Detox
Strong Woman Detox is a free, time-bound introductory mini course. a. Access is granted for a strict five (5) day participation period from the date of enrolment. b. Completion of the mini course within this period is required to remain in the associated community. c. Participants who do not complete the programme within the five-day period will be automatically removed from the community, without exception or extension. d. Removal from the community does not entitle the participant to reinstatement, continued access, or compensation.

Bonus Content and Promotional Access
a. Bonus materials, promotional pricing, or discounted access to paid programmes may be offered only upon timely completion of Strong Woman Detox within the defined five-day period. b. All bonus access and discounts are time-limited and subject to the conditions communicated at the time of offer. c. Once expired, bonus content or discounted pricing cannot be reinstated or extended under any circumstances.

Paid Programme Start Dates
a. For paid programmes, participants may request to delay their programme start date by up to three (3) months from the date of purchase, subject to availability and written confirmation by MeTruely. b. Any request to delay must be made in writing prior to the originally scheduled start date. c. If no delay is requested, the programme start date is deemed to commence on the date access is first granted.

Community Participation and Removal
a. All programme communities are moderated spaces intended to support respectful, focused participation. b. MeTruely reserves the right to remove any participant from a programme or community who breaches programme guidelines, community standards, or the Terms and Conditions. c. Removal may occur without notice and does not entitle the participant to any refund, reinstatement, or alternative access. These guidelines apply in conjunction with all other sections of this Terms and Conditions, including payment, access, and no-refund provisions, and are designed to preserve the integrity, boundaries, and intended structure of MeTruely programmes.

9. Deliverables and Timelines

You acknowledge and agree that all Services, programmes, and content provided by MeTruely are delivered in digital form only. Delivery of the Services may involve the use of third-party platforms and service providers, including but not limited to a. Skool, b. Stripe, c. Zoom, d. Kit (formerly ConvertKit), e. Deadline Funnel, and f. Squarespace. While MeTruely takes reasonable steps to select reputable providers, it has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the availability, performance, interruption, or failure of any third-party platform, system, or service. MeTruely shall not be liable for any loss, delay, disruption, or inability to access the Services arising from outages, maintenance, technical faults, or other failures of third-party platforms or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have suitable internet access, compatible devices, and any necessary software required to access and use the Services. Failure to do so shall not constitute grounds for any refund, extension, or compensation.

10. Immediate Digital Access

All paid programmes grant immediate access to digital content upon purchase. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that delivery begins immediately.

11. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content Waiver)

If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may ordinarily have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by purchasing any paid MeTruely programme, you: a. Expressly request immediate access to digital content and services; and b. Acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is lost once access begins, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law. Accordingly, the right of withdrawal does not apply once digital access has been granted.

12. Important Not Medical Disclaimer

All MeTruely programmes and offerings, whether free or paid, group-based, self-directed (DIY), or one-to-one, are provided solely for educational, coaching, and personal development purposes. MeTruely programmes do not constitute, and are not a substitute for: a. therapy or psychotherapy b. counselling c. mental health treatment d. psychiatric or psychological care e. trauma therapy or clinical intervention f. medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment g. crisis intervention or emergency support Nothing provided by MeTruely or by Dr. Selen Atasoy through MeTruely shall be construed as the provision of medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services, nor as the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any mental or physical health condition. You acknowledge and agree that you remain solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, physical, and psychological wellbeing at all times. Where you require therapeutic, psychiatric, medical, or clinical support, you must seek assistance from a suitably qualified and licensed professional within your jurisdiction. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or are at risk of harm to yourself or others, you must contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider immediately.

13. Participant Responsibilities

By accessing or participating in any MeTruely programme or service, you agree to: a. Take full responsibility for your own mental, emotional, physical, and psychological wellbeing at all times; b. You agree, that the service is not a replacement for therapeutic mental or psychological treatment, if you have any mental, therapeutic or psychological ailment please visit a professional medical practitioner. c. Engage with the Practitioner and other participants in a respectful, lawful, and considerate manner; d. Maintain the confidentiality of other participants and any non-public information shared within programmes or communities; e. Refrain from harassment, abuse, discrimination, solicitation, or any behaviour that may cause harm or discomfort to others; f. Comply with all stated deadlines, participation requirements, guidelines and professional or community boundaries; and g. You agree to seek appropriate professional, medical, or therapeutic support where required. MeTruely reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate a participant’s access to any programme, community, or service where community standards are breached. In such circumstances, no refund or compensation shall be due.

14. Intellectual Copyright and Other Rights

All content included in or made available by The MeTruely, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of The MeTruely website { Dr. Selen Atasoy } and is protected by the United Kingdom intellectual property (IP) law and international copyright and authors’ rights laws and (where applicable). Other than to the extent necessary to use The MeTruely Services for their permitted purposes and in accordance with these Terms, you may not copy, extract and/or re-utilize any content of The MeTruely without our express written consent, including, without limitation, any listings, descriptions, prices and account information. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization any substantial parts of The MeTruely Services or their content, without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of The MeTruely Services or their content without our express written consent.

15. Prohibited Use

As a User of the Website, you agree to abide by the following guidelines; you must not: a. Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully b. Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content c. Engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical sales practices. d. Copy, misuse, or distribute any content or branding of The MeTruely Website without permission. Breach of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.

16. Children Privacy & Eligibility

The MeTruely Website is design for users aged 16 and over. By using the site, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a contract. For Member State EU Law. We do not target or knowingly collect data from children under 16. Under UK GDPR, digital consent applies from age 13. 18. Refund Policy

All fees are payable in advance and are processed via Stripe. Due to the nature of the Services provided by MeTruely, all sales are final’ including immediate digital access, time-limited programmes, and reserved mentoring capacity. Once payment have been confirmed by MeTruely we will provide immediate access to digital content, online programmes, mentoring services, live or scheduled sessions, and time limited community access. Once access has been granted or a programme has commenced, MeTruely allocates digital resources, mentoring capacity, and administrative support that cannot be withdrawn or reallocated. Accordingly: a. All purchases are final; all fees paid for digital programmes, mentoring services, and related offerings are non-refundable. b. Changes in personal circumstances, lack of engagement, or dissatisfaction with outcomes do not entitle you to a refund. c. No refunds are offered for digital programmes, mentoring services, missed sessions, partial participation, or early withdrawal; and d. Unused access or expired sessions are forfeited. Where Services include live or one-to-one mentoring sessions, any unused sessions that expire in accordance with the applicable programme terms will be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. This policy applies to all free and paid programmes, including self-paced courses, group mentoring programmes, and one-to-one mentoring containers.

19. Warranties

MeTruely does not make, and expressly disclaims, any representations, warranties, or guarantees whether express or implied regarding the outcomes or results of participation in any programme or service. Without limitation, MeTruely provides no warranty or guarantee as to: a. Emotional, psychological, or personal outcomes; b. Transformation, healing, or improvement of mental or emotional states; c. Financial, business, or professional results; d. Relationship outcomes or interpersonal changes; or e. Achievement of any particular goals or expectations. Any testimonials, statements, or examples provided on the website or within programme materials reflect individual experiences only and do not constitute a promise, representation, or assurance of similar results for others. All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Third-party Links

All Services are delivered exclusively in digital form. Access to programmes and materials may rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to Skool, Zoom, Stripe, and similar service providers. MeTruely does not control, and shall not be liable for, any outage, delay, disruption, or technical failure affecting third-party platforms or services. You are solely responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity, compatible devices, and any technical requirements necessary to access the Services.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: a. Death or personal injury caused by negligence b. Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation c. Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You must use the Services responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these legal requirements.
