Legal Entity

MeTruely is a trading name of Selen Atasoy Consultancy, a sole trader business registered in the United Kingdom and operated by Dr. Selen Atasoy.

These Terms govern all access to and participation in the programs, services, websites, communities, and digital materials offered through MeTruely, including but not limited to:

  • Strong Woman Detox

  • The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance (High-Ticket Program)

  • The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance (DIY Program)

  • VIP 1:1 Six-Month Container

  • All associated videos, PDFs, guided meditations, audios, trainings, live calls, written content, and community interactions hosted on Skool or any other digital platform

These Terms apply to all current and future programs, services, and offerings created by MeTruely unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By using this website or enrolling in any MeTruely program, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Important Disclaimer – Not Therapy

All MeTruely programs — free, paid, group, DIY, or 1:1 — are educational, coaching, and personal development programs.

They are NOT:

  • therapy

  • counselling

  • mental health treatment

  • psychiatric care

  • psychological intervention

  • trauma therapy

  • clinical guidance

  • medical advice

  • crisis support

Nothing provided by MeTruely or by Dr. Selen Atasoy constitutes diagnosis, treatment, mental health intervention, or medical care.

You remain fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, physical, and psychological wellbeing at all times.

If you require therapeutic, psychiatric, or medical support, you must seek a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

If you are in crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Participation confirms that you understand and accept the distinction between education/coaching and therapy or clinical care.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate in any MeTruely program.

By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials — including videos, PDFs, meditations, audio files, exercises, posts, frameworks, written content, recordings, and calls — are the exclusive intellectual property of MeTruely.

You may not:

  • copy

  • share

  • reproduce

  • sell

  • upload

  • distribute

  • publish

  • alter

  • license

  • or use these materials in your own programs, services, or platforms

without explicit written permission.

Legal action may be taken for unauthorised use.

4. Strong Woman Detox (Free Program) – Access Terms

4.1 Firm Time Boundary

Strong Woman Detox is a free, time-bound program.

To remain in the community, participants must:

  • join the Skool community

  • complete the mini-course within 5 days

  • respect emotional and community boundaries

Participants who do not complete the mini-course within 5 days will be removed from the community.

No extensions or exceptions will be provided.

4.2 Bonus Access

Participants who complete the mini-course within 5 days may unlock:

  • the Bonus Video

  • a limited-time discounted offer for a paid program

Discount availability is time-limited and cannot be reinstated once expired.

5. The Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance – High-Ticket Program

5.1 What’s Included

Enrolment may include (depending on the version purchased):

  • Self-paced course modules

  • Live Zoom sessions

  • Private Skool community access

  • PDFs, meditations, and supporting materials

  • Six (6) months of access unless otherwise stated

5.2 Program Start Date Flexibility

Participants may delay the start of the program for up to three (3) months from the purchase date.

Access will be activated once the participant chooses to begin, but no later than three months after purchase.

5.3 Not Therapy

This program is not therapy and does not replace professional mental health care.

5.4 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital delivery, immediate access, and the intellectual property involved, all sales are final and non-refundable.

No chargebacks, cancellations, or refunds will be granted once access is provided.

6. Goddess Path to Magnetic Abundance – DIY Program

6.1 Includes

  • Self-paced course modules

  • PDFs

  • Guided meditations

6.2 Does Not Include

  • Live calls

  • Coaching

  • Support

  • Community access

  • Feedback

  • Messaging or Q&A

6.3 No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable.

7. VIP 1:1 Six-Month Container

7.1 Includes

  • Twelve (12) private 1-hour sessions across six (6) months

  • Access to course materials

7.2 Not Therapy

This is a coaching container, not therapy.

7.3 Session Boundaries

  • 24-hour notice required for cancellations

  • Missed sessions are forfeited

  • The container duration is six months

  • Extensions are not guaranteed

7.4 No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable.

8. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • take responsibility for your wellbeing

  • engage respectfully

  • maintain confidentiality

  • refrain from harassment or solicitation

  • honour deadlines and boundaries

  • seek professional help when appropriate

MeTruely reserves the right to remove participants who violate community standards without refund.

9. Technology & Delivery

You acknowledge that:

  • all access is digital

  • third-party platforms (Skool, Stripe, Zoom, Kit/ConvertKit, Deadline Funnel, Squarespace) may experience outages

  • MeTruely is not responsible for third-party platform failures

  • maintaining internet access is your responsibility

10. No Guarantees

MeTruely makes no guarantees regarding:

  • emotional outcomes

  • psychological transformation

  • healing

  • financial or business results

  • relationship outcomes

11. Payments & Chargebacks

Payments are processed via Stripe and affiliated platforms.

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting MeTruely to attempt resolution.

Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and recovery of associated fees.

12. Data & Privacy

Data usage is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

14. Changes to Terms

MeTruely reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
