The Conscious
Feminine
Descend. Deprogram. Reclaim.
A Six-Month Guided Individuation Journey for Women Ready to
Shed the Performing Self,
Deprogram Cultural Conditioning, and
Reclaim the Wild Instinctual Feminine.
Welcome.
Whether you applied and were accepted, or you arrived here through the Strong Woman Detox — you are here because something in you is refusing to keep going the way you have been.
You built a life that works. From the outside it may even look impressive.
The career. The competence. The capacity to hold everything together.
But there is a tiredness that has nothing to do with sleep.
A restlessness that has nothing to do with boredom.
A hollowness at the centre of a life that looks, by every measure, full.
You might call it burnout.
You might call it a midlife crisis.
You might wonder if something is wrong with you.
Nothing is wrong with you.
What you are feeling is perfect-life emptiness— the particular ache of a woman who built everything and feels at home in none of it.
What is driving it is existential burnout— the slow cost of living as a self you were trained to be rather than the self you actually are.
Burnout, breakdown, and midlife crisis are often the psyche initiating a woman into her deeper self.
Something in you is refusing to be programmed any longer.
This page contains everything you need to make your decision: what the container holds, how it works, and what the investment is.
Read it slowly. Let it settle. And if you feel the yes — trust it.
This is an individuation journey grounded in neuroscience, Jungian psychology, and ancient feminine wisdom.
The Life You Built on Top of the Self
You Were Never Allowed to Be
Most high-achieving, high-capacity women do not arrive at exhaustion by accident.
They arrived through intelligence. Through discipline. Through learning, very early, that strength meant self-reliance, that emotion was a liability, that the safest way to move through the world was to stay in control.
This is not a flaw. It was survival. It was a response to a culture that rewards performance and sidelines instinct.
But over time the cost becomes invisible — and then undeniable.
The instinctual life goes quiet. The body becomes a vehicle for productivity, not a source of wisdom and pleasure. Creativity, intuition, desire, relational depth — these are filed under "later" until later never comes.
What remains is a woman who can do almost anything.
And has lost access to something essential she cannot name.
Not because she is broken.
Because she is living inside a life she was programmed to build — not one arising from her own depths, fed by her instinctual roots.
This Is Not a Breakdown. It Is an Invitation.
More than 5,000 years ago, the oldest recorded myth in human history told the story of a goddess named Inanna — Queen of Heaven and Earth.
At the height of her power, Inanna heard a call from the underworld. Not a call to conquer. A call to descend.
At each of the seven gates she was asked to remove something: her crown, her jewels, her royal garments — every symbol of the identity she had built.
Until she stood stripped bare.
What followed was not destruction. It was transformation.
Inanna's descent is the first recorded map of a process that Carl Jung, thousands of years later, would call individuation — the movement toward psychological wholeness.
For many modern women, this process includes reconnecting with something that has been deeply neglected:
the feminine dimension of the psyche.
Not femininity as a social role.
But the deeper feminine intelligence that lives in the body, the emotions, the imagination, and instinct.
And it is the process that many women today are living, whether they recognise it or not.
The exhaustion. The emptiness. The shedding of roles that once defined you.
This is not the end of who you are. It is the beginning of individuation — the reclamation of the self you buried under the performance.
No Affirmations. No Idealised Self.
No Top-Down Dictates.
This work is not self-improvement with a feminine label.
It will not give you a new mask to replace the old one. It will not hand you a script for who you are supposed to become. It will not tell you to think positive, set better boundaries through willpower, or optimise your way to wholeness.
Much of the work available to women today falls into one of two patterns: more discipline dressed in feminine language, or a romanticised softness that asks nothing difficult of you.
This does neither.
Most high-capacity women are living in intellect overdose. Logic. Planning. Strategy. Effort. The analytical mind has become the dominant guide — and meanwhile other forms of intelligence have been pushed aside. Instinct. Emotion. Intuition. Inner life. Creativity. Relational depth.
The Conscious Feminine does not ask you to reject the mind. It asks you to stop letting it run alone.
It follows the living intelligence of your psyche — your dreams, your instincts, your body, your shadow. It does not impose a destination. It follows the descent and trusts what emerges.
What emerges is not a better version of the woman you were performing.
It is the integration of what was split:
the analytical and the instinctual,
the masculine and the feminine,
the controlled surface and the wild depths
— reunited inside a single woman who is finally whole.
What is The Conscious Feminine?
The Conscious Feminine is a six-month guided individuation container for women in the midst of this descent — or standing at its threshold.
It is not a course you consume. It is a process you enter.
Each week we meet live. I facilitate — not as a coach delivering answers, but as someone who has studied this territory for over a decade, as both a neuroscientist and a therapist, and who has also walked it personally.
Through precise mirroring, symbolic interpretation, and deep attunement, I follow the psyche's natural unfolding — so suppressed instincts surface safely, cultural conditioning deprograms through awareness, and feeling and the self reorganises around authentic inner authority.
The work weaves together:
Mythopoetic mapping — Inanna's descent as a living framework for feminine individuation. Not metaphor. Psychological architecture.
Jungian depth work — Shadow integration, active imagination, dreamwork, mythopoetic mapping, and parts work. The encounter with disowned instincts, the relationship between inner feminine and inner masculine, and the process of individuation as it unfolds in your actual life — not in theory.
Somatic and embodied practice — Guided descent rituals, real-time somatic tracking, and nervous-system-aware practices that restore the instinctual intelligence most women have been trained to override. The container is designed so suppressed instincts can surface safely rather than overwhelm. The body is not an afterthought in this work. It is where the feminine lives.
This is not information delivery. It is a living, emergent, client-led process held inside a carefully structured container.
What the Container Holds
Weekly live sessions — I guide each session personally. These are not Q&A calls. They are facilitated spaces where we work with mythopoetic mapping, depth psychology, guided descent rituals, and the living material of your own transformation. Through precise mirroring, symbolic interpretation, and deep attunement, I follow the psyche's natural unfolding — not a preset curriculum. Expect to be met, not managed.
These sessions are not recorded. What is shared in the container stays in the container. This is a deliberate choice — the safety of this space depends on it. Women do not descend into vulnerable material when they know it is being captured.
The mythic architecture — We follow the descent of Inanna through the seven gates as a living map of psychological transformation. Each gate corresponds to a layer of identity, protection, or conditioning that is ready to be released.
A community of women in the same passage — The container holds 15–25 women, each in her own version of the descent. There is something that happens when women witness each other in this process that no solo practice can replicate.
Lifetime access to course content — All teaching videos, guided practices, integration prompts, and framework material are yours to return to whenever you need them. The live weekly sessions are not recorded — what is shared in the container stays in the container.
How the Six Months Unfold
The container follows the natural arc of the descent and return:
Months 1–2: The Threshold Recognising the pattern. Understanding the cultural and familial scripts that shaped the life you built. Beginning to loosen the grip of control, performance, and over-identification with the mind. Meeting the mythic map. Learning to track what is actually moving beneath the surface.
Months 3–4: The Descent Moving through the gates. Shadow integration. Encountering the parts of yourself you exiled — the rage, the grief, the hunger, the wildness. Allowing suppressed instincts to surface safely. Deprogramming cultural conditioning not through willpower but through awareness. This is where the real work lives. It is not comfortable. It is necessary.
Months 5–6: The Return The self reorganises around authentic inner authority rather than external expectation. Integrating the feminine and masculine dimensions of the psyche. Rebuilding from the inside out — not toward an idealised self, but toward the woman who was there all along. The woman who returns from the underworld is not the woman who entered it.
This arc is a guide, not a rigid schedule. The psyche has its own timing. The container is designed to hold that.
The Woman Who Emerges
Women who move through this process become non-programmable and interrupt generational trauma patterns.
They shed cultural and familial scripts without replacing them with a new mask.
They reconnect to instinct and intuition and, act from self-sourced power.
When the feminine and masculine dimensions of the psyche begin to work together, life changes in subtle but profound ways.
Success no longer requires exhaustion. It becomes an expression of a more integrated self.
What this looks like, tangibly:
Nervous-system steadiness under pressure — not the rigidity of control, but the groundedness of a woman who is no longer bracing.
Clean boundaries without burnout. Not walls. Not collapse. Actual boundaries that arise from inner authority rather than self-protection.
Creative aliveness — the return of imagination, desire, and expression that were sacrificed to the performance identity.
Right-sized work and relationships — built from truth rather than appeasement or obligation.
Decisions made from the inside out.
And in family lines and communities, something shifts that goes beyond the personal: generational trauma patterns begin to interrupt.
Conflict cycles de-escalate.
Attachment becomes clearer.
Parenting and leadership align with values rather than reactivity.
You begin modelling sovereignty — so the inherited patterns weaken with you and healthier ones begin.
The felt sense is relief. Wholeness. And a life you no longer need to escape or perform inside.
What Lives Inside This Container
01
The Mythic Map
The 5,000-year-old descent of Inanna becomes your psychological architecture — not a story to study, but a living framework that mirrors what is already moving in you..
02
Dreamwork
Your dreams are not random. They are the psyche speaking in its own language. We work with dreams as living material — tracking the symbols, the figures, the movements that reveal what the conscious mind cannot yet see.
03
Guided Descents
Guided descent practices take you beneath the surface of the thinking mind into the territories where real transformation happens — where buried instincts surface, grief moves, and the exiled parts of the self begins to integrate.
04
The Body as Guide
Somatic tracking and nervous-system-aware practices restore the instinctual knowing that was overridden by the performing mind. The feminine lives in the body. This is where you find her.
05
Feminine & Masculine Integration
This is not about rejecting the analytical mind. It is about ending its solitary rule. The masculine and feminine dimensions of the psyche learn to work together — and a different kind of authority becomes possible.
06
Weekly Live Process
You will receive material — recordings, integration prompts, and a framework you can return to. And every week we meet live. I facilitate from what is alive in the room. These sessions are not recorded. What is shared stays in the container. Expect to be met, not managed.
Your Guide
For more than a decade I studied consciousness as a neuroscientist — at Oxford, Imperial College London, UNSW Sydney, and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
My research explored the harmonic architecture of brain activity during meditation, psychedelic states, and altered states of consciousness. I published in journals including Nature Communications and developed the framework of connectome harmonics — a way of understanding the brain not as a machine, but as a living instrument producing complex patterns of harmonic resonance.
But the deeper I studied consciousness scientifically, the more I realised that intellectual understanding alone does not transform a life.
Transformation requires an encounter with the depths of the psyche itself.
I trained as a psychotherapist. I studied Jungian depth psychology, Gestalt, dreamwork, embodiment, and the mythic maps of feminine individuation. And I lived my own descent — not as theory, but as the most intense and clarifying passage of my life.
The Conscious Feminine exists at the intersection of all of this.
Science. Psyche. Myth. Body. Soul.

This work is not for everyone.
But if you are here — whether you applied and were accepted, or you walked through the Strong Woman Detox and felt the pull to go deeper — then something in you already knows.
Not because I told you.
Because you have been feeling it for longer than you want to admit.
The question is no longer whether something needs to change.
The question is whether you are willing to descend.
